We ship worldwide via UPS. Standard ground shipping is free in the lower 48 states for orders totaling over $50 before any applicable taxes. There is no shipping charge for electronically-delivered items.
You can contact us via email or phone. We will setup a RMA number for a return item. There is a 10% restocking fee applied. A RMA number is required for all returns, and the customer must pay all return shipping charges.
Core returns are due back within 30 days of customer receiving the item via UPS tracking. Customers may use any shipping service desired, but are strongly encouraged to purchase shipping insurance equal to the value of the core being returned.
